How do I contact your customer services team?

What are your opening hours?
You can place an order on the website 24 hours a day but if you want to talk to us then our office hours are currently 9am-6pm Monday to Saturday.
I would like further information on a product and some more photos.
Please email us at email@example.com specifying what you need to know and we will send you as much information as we can and any additional photos.
How do I use my promotional code?
Simple enter it in at the checkout when prompted for a ‘coupon’. You can only use one promotional code at a time.
I still haven't received my order even though I've been notified of its dispatch.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and order number and we will look into it immediately. All of our parcels are tracked so we will be able to resolve any problems quickly for you.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
All large pieces of furniture will be booked in with you beforehand. Smaller items will be sent via myHermes. Please look out for a calling card which will tell you what to do next.
