Are you updating your garden or balcony space for Summer/Autumn with new pots and flowers, like me? As usual, I checked out the garden centres for some typically traditional British plants. One of the garden centres stated, “old time favourites are seeing a resurgence as gardeners go for tried and tested classics.” My two preferences from the long list of recommendations are white cosmos and the white busy lizzies. And here are some of my favourite Palm Pot and Peony flower decoupaged containers, pots and bowls for my patio which will highlight the white flowers and green plants.

August Birth Flowers
Gladioli is the flower for those born in August. It’s also known as the Sword Flower. The Poppy is often used as a birth flower as well.
I didn’t know there were so many celebratory days, but I must admit ice cream really appeals.
